Coffee Owner Fed Up With Rude Customers, Sets Up Brilliant Sign To Teach Them Lesson

Fed up with the consistent rude behavior by customers, a coffee shop owner took a brilliant step to remind them that politeness is still a good thing to pursue.

He placed a board outside his shop which says:

“One small coffee- $ 5”

“Small coffee please-$ 3”

“Hello, one small coffee please-$ 1.75”

He said that it was just a slight reminder for the customers to be more polite while ordering their coffee. Now a days, words like please and thank you is losing their charm and that signifies that how we are getting alienated from each other day by day.

So, when the customers will find out that being polite will cost less for them, they will understand the purpose behind it and will behave nicely.

Sometimes, when we enter a coffee shop to order our morning coffee, we are still sleepy and grumpy. We forget that the man standing on the other side of the counter is also a human and maybe he is also going through a lot.

He also deserves respect as much as we do. Just think once, from his perspective that like you he also has to get up early in the morning and get out of the home so that he can serve you and make your morning more energized.

Austin, the brain behind this avant-garde idea said WDBJ7 that, ” I decided, because I need to solve all the injustices of the world, to start charging more for people who didn’t take the time to say hello and connect and realize we’re all people behind the counter”.

This unique idea of Austin gathered a huge attention amongst the people. Not only it has grabbed the vision of the people passing by but also the Internet is going gaga over this brilliant idea.

The story came to light when a newspaper first published it. After that, it was just a matter of time that it went viral. Now, many people come to Austin’s shop just to take a glimpse of that amazing signboard.
